MKT Fastening Sup-R-Stud mechanical wedge anchor is made of 303/304 stainless steel. Required hole diameter equals anchor diameter. Excellent for setting immediately. Can be loaded immediately. Can be set in a bottomless hole. Simple installation. Nut and washer supplied in package. ROHS compliant. Concerns: do not use in brick or block, not advised for use where vibratory loads are high, oversize holes are detrimental and will reduce load performance. Approvals/listings: G.S.A. Spec FF-S-325C, Group II, Type 4, Class 1, FM approved. 1-3/16-inches Thread length. 3/8-inches Hole diameter. 1/4-inches max thickness mat to be anchored. 15-30 foot pounds required torque to set. Measures 3/8-inches diameter by 2-1/4-inches length. 3/8" - 16 Thread size. 1-5/8-inches Minimum embedment and 3-3/8-inches embedment In concrete. Ultimate tension in 2000 PSI concrete: 2289 and 3556 pounds. Ultimate tension in 4000 PSI concrete: 2367 pounds and 5203 pounds. Ultimate shear: 3151 pounds.
